Human PPM1K ELISA Kit (HUFI07100)

The Human PPM1K ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Protein Phosphatase, Mg2+/Mn2+ Dependent 1K (PPM1K), a mitochondrial serine/threonine phosphatase that regulates branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) catabolism by dephosphorylating the E1α subunit of the BCKD complex.

Also known as PP2Cm, PPM1K is studied in contexts including cardiac ischemia-reperfusion injury, maple syrup urine disease (MSUD), insulin resistance, and BCAA-driven metabolic dysfunction, supporting translational research on mitochondrial phosphatase activity and metabolic disease biomarkers.

Reagents are supplied in a microplate-based format with pre-coated capture wells, detection reagents, recombinant protein standards, and substrate.
