Human PPIH ELISA Kit (HUFI07109)

PPIH (Peptidylprolyl Isomerase H, also called Cyclophilin H or CYP20) is a cyclophilin-family peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase that functions as a component of the U4/U6.U5 tri-snRNP spliceosome complex. The Assay Genie Human PPIH ELISA Kit is a quantitative immunoassay tool built to measure PPIH levels in human research samples, supporting studies of spliceosome assembly, splicing factor dysregulation in cancer, and characterization of cyclophilin family enzymes across different tissues and disease states.

Configured as a 96 Assays plate, the kit pairs capture and detection antibodies specific to human PPIH and produces a colorimetric signal readable on a standard microplate reader.
