Human PPIA/Cyclophilin A ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of Cyclophilin A (PPIA) in human biological samples, this sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection. The assay is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The kit delivers a sensitivity of 0.75 ng/mL and a working range of 1.25–80 ng/mL. Reported linearity spans 83–99% for serum, 86–103% for EDTA plasma, and 87–105% for heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions (n = 5). Recovery ranges from 85–104% across the same three sample types, with average recoveries of 94% (serum), 97% (EDTA plasma), and 94% (heparin plasma).

Components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. The protocol includes primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, and TMB color development for 10–20 minutes in the dark, with absorbance read at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
