Human PPAR alpha ELISA Kit

The workflow pairs a biotin-labeled detection antibody with HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) and a TMB substrate, and absorbance is read at 450 nm. Reported linearity for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma lies between 85% and 102% at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, while spike-and-recovery averages range from 91% to 99% across the same matrices. PPAR-alpha is a transcription factor central to lipid metabolism, glucose homeostasis, and inflammation, supporting research into metabolic and inflammatory disease contexts.
