Human POU domain, class 3, transcription factor 3 (POU3F3) ELISA Kit

POU3F3 is a nuclear POU-domain transcription factor (UniProt P20264) with a molecular weight of 50,327 Da, encoded at chromosomal location 2q12.1. It acts synergistically with SOX11 and SOX4, plays a role in neuronal development and central nervous system development, and is implicated in enhancer activity at the embryonic met-mesencephalic junction through the octamer motif (5'-ATTTGCAT-3'). Dysregulation of POU3F3 has been linked to neurological disorders and certain cancers, supporting its relevance as a potential biomarker for disease research and therapeutic targeting.
