Human POTE ankyrin domain family member G (POTEG) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for quantitative detection of human POTE ankyrin domain family member G (POTEG) in human samples. The kit is reactive to human POTEG and is intended for research use only, measuring both natural and recombinant human POTE ankyrin domain family member G.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.158 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 6.0% and inter-assay CV is 7.3%. Linearity in serum is 101–110% at 1:2, 100–109% at 1:4, 99–108% at 1:8 and 106–116% at 1:16. EDTA plasma shows 101–113%, 92–102%, 100–109% and 82–94% across the same dilutions, while heparin plasma shows 107–119%, 97–108%, 94–103% and 86–98%. Recovery is 109% (range 103–115%) for serum and 111% (range 105–117%) for plasma.

Suitable sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. POTEG is a member of the ANK domain family implicated in protein-protein interactions, cellular signalling and gene expression regulation, with research relevance in cancer, autoimmune and inflammatory conditions.
