Human Polyamine Oxidase (PAOX) ELISA Kit

Quantifying the peroxisomal enzyme Polyamine Oxidase (PAOX) supports investigations of polyamine catabolism, intracellular polyamine homeostasis, and disorders where polyamine metabolism is dysregulated, including certain cancers and inflammatory conditions. PAOX catalyzes the oxidative deamination of N-acetylated polyamines, and altered PAOX expression has been reported in studies of cell proliferation and oxidative stress responses.

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie is configured for measurement of human PAOX across human-derived research samples. The assay produces an enzymatic readout readable on standard absorbance plate readers. Each kit is supplied as a complete pack containing the pre-coated plate, detection reagents, reference standards, wash buffer, and substrate solution needed to process the full plate.
