Human Poly [ADP-ribose] polymerase 1 (PARP1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich-format ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of human Poly [ADP-ribose] polymerase 1 (PARP1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for research applications, including studies of PARP1 as a biomarker in cancer, neurodegenerative and cardiovascular disease research. The kit has been validated for use with natural and recombinant human PARP1 and is supplied for research use only.

Key performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.625-40 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.31 ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is reported as 4.2% CV and inter-assay precision as 8.5% CV. Linearity has been assessed in serum (99-108%, 103-115%, 99-109% and 83-92% at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions; N=5), EDTA plasma (95-107%, 91-101%, 87-96%, 101-113%) and heparin plasma (109-119%, 81-91%, 107-118%, 104-114%) at the same dilution series. Mean recovery is 102% (range 96-108%) in serum and 104% (range 98-110%) in plasma.
