Human Poly A Specific Ribonuclease (PARN) ELISA Kit

The Poly(A)-specific ribonuclease (PARN) is a 3' exoribonuclease that trims poly(A) tails of eukaryotic mRNAs, contributing to mRNA deadenylation, stability control, and translational regulation. Studies of post-transcriptional gene regulation, nonsense-mediated decay, and cellular stress responses frequently rely on PARN protein measurements as an indicator of deadenylase capacity in different tissues.

This Assay Genie kit provides a quantitative immunoassay for human PARN protein in tissue homogenates, with a colorimetric readout compatible with standard microplate absorbance readers.
