Human POLR3D ELISA Kit (HUFI08609)

The POLR3D protein, also known as RNA Polymerase III Subunit D or RPC4, is a core component of the RNA Polymerase III complex responsible for transcribing small structural RNAs, including tRNAs, 5S rRNA, and U6 snRNA. This Assay Genie immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of POLR3D in human research samples, using a human-specific capture antibody for selective detection.
