Human POLR2F ELISA Kit (HUFI07125)

The Human POLR2F ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables researchers to measure RNA Polymerase II subunit F protein levels. POLR2F encodes the sixth subunit shared by all three eukaryotic RNA polymerases (Pol I, II, and III), contributing to catalytic core assembly and required for transcription of ribosomal and messenger RNAs in eukaryotes. Studies of POLR2F support research into mRNA synthesis regulation, transcription-coupled DNA repair, and cellular responses to oxidative or metabolic stress.

Each kit includes a pre-coated plate, recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent sufficient for one microplate run. Reagents remain stable when stored refrigerated; protect the substrate solution from light. The assay is intended for in vitro research use only.
