Human POLR1C ELISA Kit (HUFI07123)

Quantitative measurement of RNA Polymerase I Subunit C in human specimens is enabled by the Assay Genie Human POLR1C ELISA Kit, a microplate-format immunoassay with absorbance readout. POLR1C encodes a shared subunit of RNA Polymerase I and RNA Polymerase III, the enzymes that transcribe ribosomal RNA and several small structural RNAs, and is widely studied in the context of ribosome biogenesis, transcriptional regulation, and craniofacial development disorders such as Treacher Collins syndrome.

Each kit is supplied as a complete reagent set sufficient for 96 Assays and has been validated for measuring POLR1C in human serum or EDTA plasma specimens, supporting translational studies that link polymerase subunit abundance to disease phenotype. The workflow uses a small aliquot of each sample added to pre-coated wells, followed by sequential incubation, washing, and a substrate reaction that produces a signal proportional to POLR1C concentration.
