DNA Polymerase Mu (POLM) is a member of the X-family DNA polymerases involved in non-homologous end joining (NHEJ), the primary pathway for repairing DNA double-strand breaks, and in V(D)J recombination, which generates immune receptor diversity. This immunoassay from Assay Genie is configured to quantitatively measure human POLM in research samples.

Applications include studies of DNA repair mechanisms, genomic stability, lymphoid biology, immunodeficiency research, and investigations into lymphoid malignancies. Each kit supplies reagents for 96 reactions in a microplate format.
