Human Poliovirus Receptor (PVR) ELISA Kit

Quantitative measurement of human Poliovirus Receptor (CD155) protein in research samples is supported by this Assay Genie immunoassay kit. PVR is a transmembrane glycoprotein first characterized as the cell entry receptor for poliovirus and now studied extensively for its role in immune checkpoint regulation through interactions with TIGIT and CD226. Investigations of tumor immune evasion, natural killer cell biology, and viral pathogenesis commonly use PVR expression as a biomarker, and this kit provides a quantitative readout for that work.

The microplate-based procedure is configured for 96 individual determinations per kit. Each kit ships with all reagents needed to perform the assay in vitro under standard laboratory conditions, and the protocol accommodates serum-derived samples, plasma-derived samples, and tissue homogenate preparations. A plate reader capable of measuring absorbance in the visible spectrum is required; the kit is intended for research use only and is not validated for diagnostic procedures.
