Human Podocalyxin (PCX) ELISA Kit

Podocalyxin (PCX) is a heavily glycosylated transmembrane sialoglycoprotein expressed on renal podocytes, vascular endothelium, and certain hematopoietic progenitors. Quantifying PCX in urine provides a non-invasive window into podocyte shedding associated with glomerular injury, supporting research into diabetic nephropathy, focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, lupus nephritis, and other proteinuric conditions.
