The Phoenixin-20 (PNX-20) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides quantitative detection of the 20-amino acid reproductive neuropeptide in human serum and plasma samples. Phoenixin-20 is a proteolytic cleavage product of the SMIM20/mitoregulin precursor and is implicated in hypothalamic regulation of food intake, anxiety-related behavior, memory consolidation, and gonadotropin release. The assay uses a human-specific capture antibody pair and is intended for in vitro research use only, supporting studies in neuroendocrinology, metabolic disease, and reproductive biology.

Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilized standards, wash buffer concentrate, and TMB substrate.
