PNRC1 (Proline-Rich Nuclear Receptor Coactivator 1), also known as BODENIN or SFRS2IP, is a nuclear receptor coactivator studied for its role in steroidogenic factor 1 (SF-1) and estrogen receptor (ERα) transcriptional activity. This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie enables researchers to measure PNRC1 concentrations in human liquid biopsy specimens, supporting investigations into hormone-driven signaling pathways, reproductive biology, and oncology research where PNRC1 dysregulation has been reported.
