Human PNO1 ELISA Kit (HUFI08620)

PNO1 (Partner of NOB1 Homolog) is a ribosome biogenesis factor required for 18S rRNA maturation and has been investigated as a candidate biomarker in tumor proliferation and translational control research. The Assay Genie Sandwich ELISA uses a human-specific capture antibody pre-coated on a 96-well microplate to quantify PNO1 in serum and plasma samples. The procedure requires 100 µL of sample per well and incorporates biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP, and TMB substrate for the colorimetric signal. Unopened kits should be stored refrigerated, while reconstituted standards and detection reagents are aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles. The kit is supplied as a 96 Assays microplate pack with all required buffers and is intended for research use only, not for clinical diagnostic applications.
