Human PNLDC1 ELISA Kit (HUFI07145)

The Assay Genie PNLDC1 immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of human poly(A)-specific ribonuclease-like domain-containing 1 (PNLDC1), a ribonuclease participating in piRNA biogenesis and retrotransposon silencing during spermatogenesis. PNLDC1 has attracted research interest as a candidate factor in male germ cell development and in the molecular characterization of idiopathic infertility and piRNA-pathway defects.

Configured as a complete reagent kit for research use only, the package contains pre-coated plate strips, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, substrate solution, stop reagent, and concentrated wash buffer suitable for the full plate run. A microplate reader capable of absorbance measurement is required to capture signal output.

Investigators studying piRNA processing, germline small-RNA pathways, and transposon silencing in human biology can apply this kit to peripheral blood derivatives, isolated lymphocytes, or cultured cell lysates. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen promptly after first use to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and unopened kit components are stored refrigerated until the expiry date.
