Human PMS2 ELISA Kit (HUFI07154)

The Human PMS2 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of PMS2 (Postmeiotic Segregation Increased 2) protein levels in human specimens. PMS2 is a key component of the DNA mismatch repair (MMR) machinery, forming the MutLα heterodimer with MLH1 to correct base mismatches and small insertion/deletion loops generated during DNA replication.

Research applications include investigations into Lynch syndrome (hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer), sporadic colorectal cancer development, and broader MMR-deficiency pathways. The microplate-based assay is intended for research use only, not for clinical diagnostic procedures.
