Human PMAIP1/NOXA ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of PMAIP1 (also known as NOXA) in human samples, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody format and colorimetric detection. PMAIP1 is described as a key regulator of apoptosis, and the kit supports research into cell death pathways, cancer biology, and drug development by providing a precise method for analysing PMAIP1 expression levels.

The assay is reactive with human samples and accepts a broad range of input matrices, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Sensitivity is 46.875 pg/mL, with a working range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Validation data show consistent linearity across dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 in serum (90-102%, 82-98%, 93-98%), EDTA plasma (88-99%, 85-99%, 84-98%), and heparin plasma (85-104%, 87-101%, 87-99%). Recovery ranges are 89-98% (average 94%) in serum, 86-104% (average 95%) in EDTA plasma, and 85-103% (average 93%) in heparin plasma.
