Human PLEKHO2 (Pleckstrin homology domain-containing family O member 2) ELISA Kit (HUFI07172)

A Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human PLEKHO2 (Pleckstrin homology domain-containing family O member 2) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay has a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a standard range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL, and is intended for storage at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Linearity across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions was reported between 81% and 104%. Spike-and-recovery averaged 95% in serum, 92% in EDTA plasma and 90% in heparin plasma. The protocol comprises reagent equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
