Human PLEKHO1/Pleckstrin homology domain-containing family O member 1 ELISA Kit

A competitive ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human PLEKHO1 (Pleckstrin homology domain-containing family O member 1) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The plate is coated with antigen and the assay reaches a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL across a working range of 0.625-40 ng/mL. Kits are stored sealed at 2-8°C and should not be cryopreserved.

Dilution linearity has been verified for serum (87-102% at 1:2, 87-102% at 1:4, 86-105% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (88-101% at 1:2, 83-89% at 1:4, 82-97% at 1:8) and heparin plasma (80-97% at 1:2, 88-95% at 1:4, 83-98% at 1:8). Spike-and-recovery performance spans 85-100% in serum (average 95%), 86-103% in EDTA plasma (average 95%) and 85-104% in heparin plasma (average 96%). The procedure combines samples with a biotin-labelled antibody, incubates at 37°C, develops colour with TMB substrate in the dark, and is read at 450 nm after the addition of stop solution.
