Human PLEKHA9 ELISA Kit (HUFI08629)

Quantitative measurement of PLEKHA9 in human research samples is supported by the Assay Genie ELISA Kit, an in vitro immunoassay reagent used in laboratory investigations. PLEKHA9 (pleckstrin homology domain-containing protein A9) participates in membrane-associated signaling via its PH domain, and the kit aids studies of intracellular trafficking, phosphoinositide binding, and related cellular pathways.

Each kit supplies components for 96 individual assays, packaged as a single unit and intended for research use only. Reagents should be stored according to the product insert, protected from light, and handled to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles on aliquoted working solutions.
