Human Pleckstrin homology-like domain family A member 2 (PHLDA2) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human Pleckstrin homology-like domain family A member 2 (PHLDA2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay recognises natural and recombinant human PHLDA2 with a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.178ng/mL.

Reported precision is 4.2% intra-assay CV and 6.8% inter-assay CV. Recovery averages 97% in serum (range 91-103%) and 99% in plasma (range 93-105%). Dilutional linearity in serum (N=5) is 100-109% at 1:2, 96-107% at 1:4, 107-117% at 1:8 and 96-106% at 1:16, with EDTA plasma (102-114%, 104-104%, 112-121%, 98-108%) and heparin plasma (103-113%, 103-113%, 102-111%, 110-120%) showing comparable ranges across the same dilutions.

PHLDA2 contributes to regulation of placenta growth via its PH domain and is a target of cancer research. The protein localises to the cytoplasm and peripheral membrane (UniProt Q53GA4, 17,092 Da). For research use only.
