Human PLD1 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human Phospholipase D1 (PLD1). The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported sensitivity is 18.75 pg/mL, with a working range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL.

PLD1 (Uniprot Q13393), also known as Phospholipase D1 or Choline phosphatase 1, is a phosphatidylcholine-hydrolyzing phospholipase that plays a role in cell signaling and membrane trafficking. Dysregulation of PLD1 has been linked to cancer, inflammatory disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions, supporting its use as a biomarker in metabolism-related research. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C with a shelf life of 12 months under those conditions.
