Human PLCG2/PLCG2 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of Phospholipase C Gamma 2 (PLCγ2) in human samples. It uses a Sandwich ELISA format with a double antibody configuration and a colorimetric detection method.

The kit accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported sensitivity is 0.188 ng/mL, with a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Linearity in serum at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 85-103%, 86-97% and 88-101% respectively; EDTA plasma 83-99%, 83-93%, 83-99%; heparin plasma 80-100%, 84-98%, 82-98%. Spiked recovery averages 97% in serum (range 89-105%), 94% in EDTA plasma (range 85-105%), and 96% in heparin plasma (range 88-102%).

The assay workflow uses a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C and the kit is shipped with a Bradford Reagent for total protein normalisation.
