Human Platelet Derived Growth Factor AA (PDGFAA) ELISA Kit

A quantitative colorimetric immunoassay from Assay Genie for measuring human Platelet Derived Growth Factor AA (PDGF-AA) in cell biology and biomedical research.

PDGF-AA is the homodimeric A-chain isoform of the PDGF family; it binds PDGF receptor-α and drives mesenchymal cell proliferation, migration, and extracellular matrix deposition in contexts such as wound healing, organ fibrosis, vascular remodeling, and tumor stroma studies.

The kit ships in a 96-assay plate format with pre-coated capture antibody, paired detection antibody, standards, and substrate for chromogenic readout at the bench.

Validated across human-derived sample types including tissue homogenates, cell lysates, conditioned cell culture media, and serum or plasma specimens.

The assay is configured for human PDGF-AA only and is not intended for use with samples from other species without separate validation.
