Human Plastin 1 (PLS1) ELISA Kit

Plastin-1 (PLS1) is an actin-bundling protein of the fimbrin family that organizes the cortical cytoskeleton in epithelial cells, and this Assay Genie ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of the protein in human tissue homogenates. PLS1 is normally abundant in intestinal brush border microvilli and renal tubular epithelium, where it crosslinks actin filaments into tight bundles that support microvillar structure.
