The assay has a reported sensitivity of 0.094ng/ml and a working range of 0.156-10ng/ml. Precision is reported as intra-assay CV <8% and inter-assay CV <10%. Recovery in spiked samples ranges from 85-98% in serum (average 92%), 86-98% in EDTA plasma (average 93%), and 85-96% in UFH plasma (average 91%).
