Human PLA2G4D/Phospholipase A2, Group IV D ELISA Kit

PLA2G4D is an enzyme involved in the inflammatory response and lipid metabolism, and has been implicated in inflammation, cardiovascular diseases, and cancer, making it a useful biomarker for studying these conditions. Reported linearity for serum (n=5) ranges from 89–105% at 1:2, 84–99% at 1:4, and 82–99% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n=5) gives 86–102%, 82–101% and 83–98% across the same dilutions, and heparin plasma (n=5) gives 85–105%, 82–98% and 81–100%. Recovery averages 96% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma, and 93% for heparin plasma.
