The Assay Genie PLA2G4B ELISA Kit enables quantitative detection of human cytosolic phospholipase A2 group IVB, a calcium-dependent acylhydrolase that cleaves the sn-2 position of glycerophospholipids to release arachidonic acid for downstream eicosanoid biosynthesis. The microplate kit includes pre-coated wells, a biotinylated detection antibody, lyophilized reference standard, and TMB substrate.
