Human PLA2G2A/MOM1/Phospholipase A2, membrane associated ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is intended for the quantitative measurement of human PLA2G2A, also referred to as MOM1, group IIA phospholipase A2, non-pancreatic secretory phospholipase A2, and phosphatidylcholine 2-acylhydrolase 2A. It uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection.

The kit is reactive with human samples and has been validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Validation data are reported for linearity and recovery. Linearity across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions shows ranges of 95–102%, 85–94% and 85–100% for serum; 89–100%, 86–100% and 84–100% for EDTA plasma; and 90–101%, 88–98% and 80–93% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges are 91–105% (average 100%) for serum, 88–95% (average 92%) for EDTA plasma, and 89–104% (average 94%) for heparin plasma.
