Human PKNOX1 ELISA Kit (HUFI07188)

This Assay Genie immunoassay kit quantitatively measures human PKNOX1, a TALE-family homeodomain transcription factor also known as PREP1, that forms heterodimers with PBX proteins to regulate HOX-driven gene expression in embryonic development, hematopoiesis, and organ patterning. Dysregulated PREP1/PBX1 signaling has been reported in acute lymphoblastic and myeloid leukemia, making PKNOX1 a target of interest in developmental biology, stem-cell research, and oncology biomarker studies. Each kit provides 96 Assays on a microplate with colorimetric readout, and reagents are supplied for in vitro research use only. The capture antibody is pre-coated on the plate to enable parallel processing of unknowns alongside a recombinant PKNOX1 standard curve generated from kit calibrators.
