Quantitative measurement of Protein Kinase N2 (PKN2) in biological samples for research applications. The Assay Genie kit supports detection of this serine/threonine kinase, which acts downstream of Rho-GTPases and contributes to cytoskeletal reorganization, transcriptional control, and cell cycle progression. Relevant investigations include prostate cancer signaling pathways, cytoskeletal dynamics studies, and Rho-effector mediated cellular responses. The kit supplies reagents for 96 individual determinations. Reagents should be refrigerated upon arrival and brought to room temperature before the assay.
