Human PKC zeta/Protein Kinase C Zeta ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection for the quantitative measurement of Protein Kinase C Zeta (PKC zeta) in human samples. The kit is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid sample types.

The assay delivers a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a measuring range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Reported linearity in spiked serum spans 85–101% across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions, with EDTA plasma at 84–105% and heparin plasma at 82–105%. Spike-and-recovery in serum averaged 97% (range 86–101%), with EDTA and heparin plasma also averaging 97%. Components are intended for storage at 2–8°C for 12 months.

The protocol proceeds in sequential steps: equilibrate reagents and load standards, samples and a zero control onto the pre-coated plate and incubate at 37°C for 90 minutes; add biotin-labelled detection antibody and incubate at 37°C for 60 minutes; add HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) for 30 minutes; develop with TMB substrate in the dark for 10–20 minutes; then add stop solution and read absorbance at 450 nm.
