Human PKC eta/Protein Kinase C Eta ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human Protein Kinase C Eta (PKC Eta) in research samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, and is reactive with human samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Linearity has been evaluated across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with dilution recoveries at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 falling between 81% and 105%. Spike-and-recovery values across the same matrices are reported as 85-104% (serum, average 94%), 90-102% (EDTA plasma, average 97%) and 88-104% (heparin plasma, average 96%).
