The Assay Genie human Pinin ELISA enables quantitative measurement of the Pinin nuclear protein in research samples. Pinin (also designated PNN or desmosome-associated protein) participates in pre-mRNA splicing machinery within the spliceosome and contributes to desmosomal cell-cell adhesion in epithelial tissues, supporting studies of epithelial differentiation, RNA processing, and cell adhesion biology. The colorimetric kit is supplied in a 96 Assays configuration and is intended for research use only. Reagents should be stored refrigerated to preserve antibody binding activity and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, with aliquots recommended once opened.
