Human PIM1 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the precise quantitative measurement of human PIM1 (synonym PIM-1), a proto-oncogene serine/threonine-protein kinase involved in cell proliferation, apoptosis, and cell cycle regulation.

The double-antibody assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples of human origin. Sensitivity is reported at 0.180 ng/mL, with a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL.

PIM1 dysregulation has been implicated in various cancers and other diseases, making the kit a useful research tool for biomarker studies and investigations of disease pathogenesis. Components are stored at 2–8°C, with a shelf life of 12 months under those conditions.
