Human PILRB/Paired immunoglobulin-like type 2 receptor beta ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody format for the quantitative measurement of human Paired immunoglobulin-like type 2 receptor beta (PILRB). The colorimetric assay is validated with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell lysate, and tissue lysate samples, with absorbance read at 450 nm following TMB-based colour development.

Linearity has been characterised across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions for serum (87–104%, 97–103%, 86–103%), EDTA plasma (83–98%, 85–101%, 93–101%) and heparin plasma (82–99%, 84–99%, 82–100%). Recovery ranges are reported as 86–100% for serum (average 94%), 90–105% for EDTA plasma (average 98%) and 88–96% for heparin plasma (average 93%). Reagents are stored at 2–8°C and remain stable for up to 12 months under those conditions.
