Human PILRA ELISA Kit (HUFI07218)

PILRA (Paired Immunoglobulin-Like Type 2 Receptor Alpha) is an inhibitory immunoreceptor expressed on monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, and granulocytes, with emerging roles in neuroinflammatory signaling and immune cell modulation. This Assay Genie kit provides a quantitative ELISA for measuring PILRA concentrations in human clinical samples, supporting studies on innate immunity, viral entry modulation, and autoimmune disease pathways.

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with all reagents supplied for 96 individual determinations, including capture antibody, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP reagent, TMB substrate, and wash buffer concentrate. Store kit components refrigerated; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the lyophilized standards. The standard curve is run in duplicate and absorbance is measured after substrate addition.
