Human PILR-alpha PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0995)

This Assay Genie quantitative immunoassay enables precise measurement of human PILR-alpha, an inhibitory paired immunoglobulin-like receptor expressed on myeloid lineage cells including neutrophils, monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells. PILR-alpha engagement with sialylated ligands modulates innate immune activation, and the marker is being investigated in research on viral entry mechanisms, chronic inflammation, autoimmune disease models, and tumor-associated myeloid cell biology. The assay is calibrated specifically for human PILR-alpha and shows no significant cross-reactivity with mouse or rat PILR-alpha orthologs under standard testing conditions.

The kit is supplied as a microplate-format package containing all buffers, plates, and detection reagents required to perform quantitative biomarker work.
