Human PIK3CD ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie, configured as a double-antibody colorimetric immunoassay, enables the in vitro quantitative determination of Human PIK3CD concentrations in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids.

The reported sensitivity is 0.469 ng/ml with a working range of 0.781–50 ng/ml. In spiked matrix testing, recovery was 85–97% (average 92%) for serum, 89–105% (average 97%) for EDTA plasma, and 86–105% (average 95%) for UFH plasma. Serial dilution linearity was demonstrated between 80% and 105% across the same matrices. Precision is reported with an intra-assay CV below 8% and an inter-assay CV below 10%.

Reagents supplied include an 8×12-strip dismountable ELISA microplate, two lyophilized standards, sample/standard dilution buffer, biotin-labeled antibody concentrate with antibody dilution buffer, HRP-streptavidin conjugate (SABC) with SABC dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and 25X wash buffer, together with plate sealers. Components are stored at 4°C (lyophilized standard also acceptable at –20°C), with stability over six months. PIK3CD encodes the phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase catalytic subunit delta isoform, a class I PI3K implicated in phosphoinositide signaling, B-cell and T-cell receptor pathways, leukocyte chemotaxis, and cytokine production.
