Human PICP/Procollagen I C-Terminal Propeptide  ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for the precise measurement of PICP, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is configured for human serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant samples (S1).

Validated performance characteristics reported by the manufacturer include a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and an assay range of 62.5–4000 pg/mL (S1). Linearity values for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma are summarised, along with spike-and-recovery values, which average 96% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma and 99% for heparin plasma (S1). The assay uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody with HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm (S1). Kits are intended to be stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months (S1).
