Human PIAS4 ELISA Kit (HUFI07230)

PIAS4 (protein inhibitor of activated STAT 4) is a SUMO E3 ligase whose SUMOylation activity modulates transcriptional regulation, the DNA damage response, and innate immune signaling through the JAK/STAT pathway. The Assay Genie Human PIAS4 ELISA Kit is a 96-assay research immunoassay designed to quantify PIAS4 concentrations in human serum or plasma specimens collected for translational studies in oncology, inflammation, and interferon-response research.

The procedure uses a microplate pre-coated with capture antibody specific for human PIAS4. Standards and research specimens are added to the wells, and after incubation and washing, a biotinylated detection antibody is applied. Streptavidin-HRP conjugate binds the detection complex, and substrate conversion produces a measurable color change proportional to PIAS4 concentration in each well. The enzymatic reaction is stopped with a stop solution, and absorbance is read on a standard microplate reader. Each kit ships with all required reagents, including a pre-coated plate, lyophilized standards, detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, substrate, concentrated wash buffer, and stop solution.
