The Human Phosphotyrosine TEC ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantifies phosphorylation-dependent activation of TEC kinase in research samples. TEC is a non-receptor protein tyrosine kinase preferentially expressed in hematopoietic lineages, where phosphorylation at the activation-loop tyrosine couples T-cell and B-cell receptor engagement to downstream calcium and transcriptional responses. Investigators studying immune signaling, autoimmune disease models, or hematological malignancy drug response can use this microplate-based ELISA to monitor pathway modulation in cell lysates and tissue lysates.
