The Assay Genie Phosphotyrosine STAT6 kit quantifies tyrosine-phosphorylated STAT6 at the Tyr641 activation site in cell and tissue lysates, supporting pathway studies in IL-4 and IL-13 driven Th2 immune responses, B-cell IgE class switching, and allergic inflammation models.

The assay detects the activated 94 kDa STAT6 transcription factor on a pre-coated microplate and yields a colored readout on a standard plate reader, with phospho-STAT6 levels expressed relative to total STAT6 or loading controls.

Each kit provides sufficient reagents for 96 reactions, including coated wells, a human-specific detection antibody, phospho-STAT6 standards, and assay buffers; store antibody and standard components refrigerated and protect from light, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
