The Phosphotyrosine ROS1 ELISA from Assay Genie quantifies activated (phosphorylated) ROS1 receptor tyrosine kinase in human cell and tissue lysates via a phospho-specific antibody-based immunoassay. ROS1 is a clinically relevant oncogenic receptor, and measuring its phosphotyrosine state supports research into fusion-driven tumors and kinase inhibitor response. Each kit ships with a pre-coated microplate and reagents sufficient to run the full assay count. Reagents should be refrigerated upon arrival and equilibrated to room temperature before use.
