Human Phosphotyrosine MCSFR PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1889)

The Phosphotyrosine MCSFR assay from Assay Genie is a phosphorylation-specific ELISA built around the macrophage colony-stimulating factor receptor (also called CSF1R or CD115), enabling researchers to quantify activated, tyrosine-phosphorylated receptor levels in signaling studies. Captured MCSFR is probed with an anti-phosphotyrosine antibody, making the kit relevant to receptor tyrosine kinase pathway analysis, macrophage differentiation research, oncology drug-target validation, and inflammation models where M-CSF/MCSFR signaling drives disease phenotypes.
