Human Phosphotyrosine FRK PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1833)

The Human Phosphotyrosine FRK phosphorylation assay from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Fyn-Related Kinase (FRK) activity in human cell lysates and tissue lysates. FRK is a non-receptor Src-family tyrosine kinase whose autophosphorylation on tyrosine residues is a key readout of growth-factor and integrin-driven signaling cascades, making phospho-FRK profiling relevant to studies of cell proliferation, adhesion, and tumor-suppressor pathways.

The 96-assay microplate format uses pre-coated capture antibodies selective for the phospho-tyrosine epitope of FRK, with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies and TMB substrate for absorbance-based detection. Each well requires 50 µL of sample, and the kit ships with all reagents required to generate a standard curve and run samples in duplicate across the plate.
